Linda Goldenstein

Linda Goldenstein, who was crowned the “Art Maven of Sedona” by Arizona Republic art critic John Villoni in 2001 and repeated by others in national publications, has consistently championed opportunities to create a life enhancing experience through art.  From curating hundreds of fine art exhibitions and artist’s receptions to the creation of Tibetan Sand Mandalas, she has provided interactive ways to bring art, artist and collector together.

Her multi-awarded Goldenstein Gallery is celebrating 24 years and has worked with a multitude of artists, respected museums & national exhibitions including the Marilyn Monroe Golden Dreams Collection she exhibited the Fine Art Museum of Sedona, and at the Lexington Hotel in New York, in the penthouse suite where Marilyn and then husband Joe Di Maggio lived.  To Linda the spirit of collaboration connects everything from the art experience to her gallery’s global reach.

Highlights of her career are special sacred art projects working with such aritsts as Shey Khandro on the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, and James Muir and the 33’ tall Christ of the Holy Cross bronze sculpture installed inside Sedona’s iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross.

She is a valued Arts and Culture Curator and Art Consultant working internationally and has provided changing art exhibitions, artist in residence and art programs at both Sedona’s renowned L’Auberge de Sedona Resort and changing art exhibits at Seven Canyons Golf Club for over nine years.

Family and community are an important part of Linda’s life and business. Her ancestors (great-great-grandparents) first came to Flagstaff, Arizona Territory, in 1890 and she is the 5th generation to live in AZ.  Her parents were living on the Hualapai Nation on Route 66 when Linda was born and she currently has several cousins named Goldenstein there today. Her two adult children and their families also live in the Sedona area.

Linda was recently honored by the Sedona Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau with the 2025 Cultural Achievement Award. She also serves as a board member for Sedona Sister Cities and the Chairman of the Board for the Sedona International Film Festival.
